🚀 The Role:

We're searching for a versatile Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Lisbon team. This role focuses on hiring C-level positions across various industries, including iGaming and payments.

What You'll Do:

  • Support hiring managers in the hiring process (international experience required).
  • Manage multiple roles and/or departments simultaneously.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Source passive candidates using advanced techniques.
  • Liaise with agencies and third parties as needed.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Leverage language skills for regional recruitment, ensuring cultural sensitivity.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates from various locations.
  • Assist candidates with relocation.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Assist local HR with onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven recruitment experience, ideally in multilingual settings. Fluency in English. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Preferred: Experience hiring C-level executives.
