🚀 Your Role:

• Take ownership of the full recruitment process for our tech team, including some high-level searches.
• Manage candidates from start to finish: optimizing channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating contracts. Maintain our high quality standards.
• Guide candidates and act as a valuable partner to specialist departments.
• Manage both internal sourcing and external recruitment agencies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Track your recruiting KPIs and use them to continuously improve your work.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• A completed (business) degree and proven experience in tech recruiting.
• Solid understanding of tech topics—you know what native app development is and the difference between DevOps and SRE.
• Several years of experience managing stakeholders.
• You're proactive, independent, and want to contribute to our international growth.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working internationally, and fluent in English.
