🚀 The Role:

As a Senior Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be a key part of our Customer Success team in sunny Marbella, Spain. You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Support, assisting a global clientele of top-tier banks and hedge funds.

What You'll Do:

  • 🤝 Support both new trial users and existing clients by mastering our API products and services.
  • 🐍 Write Python scripts to improve and troubleshoot customer interactions related to connecting, retrieving, and managing data via the RavenPack API.
  • 💻 Create scripts that mimic common client workflows to streamline onboarding and debugging.
  • 💡 Provide technical guidance to clients using tools like Python, Jupyter notebooks, and SQL.
  • 🛠️ Quickly resolve technical issues using available company resources.

What We're Looking For:

  • 🐍 Proven Python Expertise: You're a skilled Python coder, adept at creating efficient solutions for complex problems.
  • 💻 Development Framework Proficiency: You're comfortable working with frameworks like Jupyter Notebooks and Streamlit.
  • ⚙️ Python Tooling Knowledge: Experience with tools like Pydantic & Poetry is a plus.
  • 🤔 Problem-Solving Prowess: You can investigate and provide clear, concise answers to intricate client questions.
  • 🗣️ Excellent Communication: You can explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: You're a natural troubleshooter, experienced in collaborating with various teams to efficiently resolve technical issues.
