This field-based position requires significant time spent with external customers.

🎯 What You'll Do:

  • Scientific Dialogue: You'll be the go-to expert, sharing your scientific knowledge with HCPs through presentations and discussions, ensuring medical accuracy and adherence to product labeling. You’ll also organize external speaker programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other field teams to provide the best possible customer experience and share valuable insights internally.

💪 What We're Looking For:

  • Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing roles. Cardiovascular experience is a plus!
  • Exceptional communication skills: You can clearly and convincingly convey complex scientific data to physicians.
  • Proven track record: You have a history of building strong customer relationships, exceeding sales goals, and collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Analytical skills: You can analyze data (prescribing patterns, market trends, etc.) to inform your strategies. Experience with CE^3 is a plus.
  • Digital agility: You’re comfortable using various digital tools for communication and data management.

🌟 Bonus Points:

  • Experience identifying and engaging customers throughout the patient care journey.
  • Demonstrated account management skills and a problem-solving approach.
  • A patient-focused mindset and a passion for staying current with the latest scientific data.
