Roles & Responsibilities

• Deeply understand user problems, needs, and goals to create intuitive and engaging design solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess feasibility, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric designs.
• Design and deliver consistent, reliable, and visually appealing UI solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine design outcomes.
• Work with development and QA teams to make sure design consistency, functionality, and high usability exist across products.
• Champion user-centered design principles and continuously advocate for the best user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills Required

• 6–9 years of core UI/UX design experience in digital product design or a similar role.
• Strong skill with Figma (must-have), and working knowledge of tools like AdobeXD, Sketch, Photoshop, etc.
• Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, and the ability to get useful ideas from them.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
