About the Role 💼

This is a fully remote SEO Manager position at Single Grain, a leading digital marketing agency. You'll manage 4-6 client accounts, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. You'll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies aligned with client business goals.

Responsibilities 🎯

• Manage and optimize SEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive site audits, identify optimization opportunities, and prioritize recommendations.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis, translating findings into actionable content and optimization strategies.
• Develop and implement link-building campaigns, evaluating the effectiveness of earned backlinks.
• Analyze data (traffic, ROI, CTR, conversions) and create insightful reports for clients.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and industry changes.
• Proactively seek ways to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to client NPS and innovation scores.
• Maintain account profitability, retention, and growth.

Requirements 💪

Technical Skills:

• 3-4 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and various SEO aspects (technical, on-page, off-page).
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GTM, Looker Studio.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java.
• Familiarity with project management systems (Asana, Basecamp).
• Experience integrating AI into SEO workflows (a plus).
• Familiarity with other marketing areas (paid media, social media, CRO) (a plus).
