🚀 The Role:
As a Service Data Analyst, you'll be a key member of our Porto-based team, focused on improving our IT service delivery. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside colleagues across various Euronext locations. Your expertise in ITIL will be vital as you analyze and refine processes, develop analytics procedures, and promote effective business intelligence. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring business needs are met through continuous improvement.
🎯 What You'll Do:
- Develop large data models to provide stakeholders with valuable business intelligence.
- Create Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Analyze the service delivery process, identifying areas for optimization.
- Gather and assess KPIs, reporting on performance to recommend and implement improvements.
- Ensure standardization and efficiency in workflows.
- Develop and document Service Data Analytics procedures and tools.
- Support and guide technical teams in implementing service management policies.
- Deliver training sessions on new tools and procedures to various stakeholders.
- Propose creative ideas for business improvement.
💪 What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- A degree in a related field (IEFP Level VI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English (daily use required).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable:
- Interest in financial markets.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and processes.
- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL/Python/DAX/MDX/PowerQuery).
- Experience with RPA and business analytics tools (e.g., Power Automate and Power BI).
