⚙️ The Role of a Site Reliability Engineer:
- Champion of automation, driving growth, maintainability, and scalability of enterprise applications.
- Owning applications nearing feature completion.
- Enhancing reliability, resilience, and deployment through automation.
- Establishing monitoring, setting up alerts, and preventing incidents to ensure availability.
- Focused on capacity, performance, and reliability of applications.
🧰 Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Hands-on expertise with a leading cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, Istio, Terraform, Helm, Git, Bash, Java, Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Kotlin, scripting languages, and CI/CD.
- Experience in cloud-native development and microservice architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with an independent working style.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Availability for 24/7 on-duty calls based on client requirements.
- Familiarity with Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
- Embracing an Agile mindset.

💰 Salaries (per annum):
- Junior Software Engineer: €20,000 - €30,000
- Software Engineer: €30,000 - €40,000
- Senior Software Engineer: €37,000 - €50,000
- Principal Software Engineer: €47,000+
