πŸ”ŽΒ The Role: Claims Investigations Division

The Claims Investigations Division investigates and identifies questionable and suspicious claims for our partners. You'll be communicating with claims personnel and insurance carrier SIU staff. We are looking for someone with a strong background in investigating claims for all types of insurance, with a special focus on Workers' Compensation.

πŸ’ΌΒ What You'll Do

  • Conduct timely investigations, including recorded statements and interviews with claimants, witnesses, and employers.
  • Capture photos and document loss locations.
  • Investigate insurance claims.
  • Provide timely updates to the case manager and clients.
  • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Share timely investigation results with the Case Manager and document your findings.

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Strong investigative skillsΒ are a must.
  • You need to beΒ detail-oriented.
  • The ability to identify patterns of inconsistencies that could be linked to fraudulent activity.
  • You must be comfortable interacting with clients, repair shops, appraisers, and employers.
  • You'll need to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of tools and techniques used in insurance claims investigations.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
