What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the consulting team to provide top-tier healthcare solutions to medical industry clients.
• Focus on payer provider solutions within the healthcare sector.
• Analyze documents and create reports using data and research to prepare client presentations.
• Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations for client interactions and service overviews.
• Engage directly with clients, managing communication, data exchange, and needs confirmation to ensure high-quality consulting solutions.
• Proactively manage your workload, meet deadlines, and deliver documents, presentations, research, and post-client meeting debriefs.
• Work closely with senior industry leaders, benefiting from mentorship and training to advance your career.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience in consulting or professional services. A background in client services is highly valued.
• Skills: Excellent documentation and reporting skills; strong presentation creation and preparation using PowerPoint; exceptional interpersonal skills and client service focus; a desire to grow within the consulting industry.

Bonus Points:

• Experience within the healthcare industry, particularly in client service solutions.
• Hands-on experience in the consulting industry.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: Up to $105,000 base salary + $20,000 bonus (Consultant) or up to $155,000 base salary + $40,000 bonus (Senior Consultant).
• Work Model: Fully Remote (US-based).
• Travel: Approximately 25% travel, project-based.
