Responsibilities

  • Manage social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple platforms for assigned client accounts.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns including strategy development and content creation.
  • Handle Facebook paid advertising including post boosting and campaign management.
  • Conduct influencer outreach and brand partnership coordination for talent management clients.
  • Create and populate contracts using provided templates for brand deals and partnerships.
  • Manage calendar scheduling including podcast interviews, meetings, and content posting reminders.
  • Provide community engagement by responding to inquiries and comments on client social media.
  • Perform analytics tracking and reporting on campaign performance and conversion metrics.
  • Support PR initiatives and coordinate with external teams for book launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to brand deal execution and client account management.
  • Assist with marketing strategy development and implementation for B2B consulting clients.
  • Manage workload prioritization and keep projects organized across multiple client accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with both organic and paid advertising knowledge.
  • Strong email marketing skills with experience in campaign design and execution.
  • Understanding of content creation and marketing strategy development.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnership processes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Administrative skills for contract management and client coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for community engagement and client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Potential to grow into managing additional team members as the agency expands.

Scope

  • Initially manage 2–3 client accounts with potential for expansion as the agency scales.
  • Handle diverse marketing tasks across different industries including real estate, publishing, and B2B.
  • Support agency growth by taking over execution tasks to free up strategic work.
  • Work with clients ranging from small businesses to established agencies requiring marketing support.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time (40+ hrs/week).
  • Work Schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM PST (1-hour unpaid break).
