This is a remote position.

Profile Requirements

  • Proven Social Media Experience: Minimum 2.5-5 years managing strategy, content creation, and platform engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube (among other platforms), ideally within a media or content production agency.
  • Strong Copywriting & Scripting Ability: Able to write engaging shortform video scripts and captions that reflect diverse client voices while optimizing for each platform's algorithm and user behavior.
  • Client Communication Skills: Comfortable interfacing with clients in a professional, proactive manner to gather direction, present strategy, and adjust campaigns based on feedback or data.
  • Initiative & Autonomy: Must be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced creative environments; able to propose ideas, catch issues early, and operate with minimal oversight.
  • Video Editing & Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in creating engaging content using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite; able to deliver polished videos and scroll-stopping visuals.
  • Industry Knowledge Preferred: Familiarity with real estate media, content production workflows, and shortform video content trends highly preferred for seamless collaboration with creative and client teams.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Core Responsibilities

  • Content Planning & Strategy Development: Design and execute social media calendars aligned with client goals and content production timelines, integrating platform trends and seasonal relevance into every plan.
  • Scriptwriting & Caption Crafting: Write shortform scripts for video posts and produce compelling, brand-aligned captions that drive engagement and conversions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Client-Facing Collaboration: Coordinate with clients during onboarding and throughout the campaign cycle to ensure messaging, tone, and brand direction are fully captured in social strategy and content output.
  • Engagement & Community Management: Proactively engage with followers, manage DMs and comments, and oversee audience interaction to grow client accounts organically and improve retention.
  • Publishing & Scheduling: Handle hands-on publishing of posts across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate tagging, formatting, and timing using scheduling tools or native platforms.
  • Creative Briefing & Asset Coordination: Work closely with editors, designers, and internal teams to translate content ideas into creative briefs and ensure smooth delivery of creative assets.
  • Content Creation: Create and/or edit original shortform and longform videos, reels, and branded graphics for social use; handle video editing, visual storytelling, and basic graphic design in line with platform best practices.
