Software Developer (React) (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Add functionality to the admin dashboard in React.
• Fix bugs in the admin dashboard in React.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience.
• Available for full time employment (remote work within India).
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (JavaScript).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS or LESS.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Understanding of component-based architecture and unidirectional data flow.
• Experience building reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Proficient in managing state with tools like Redux, MobX, or the React Context API.
• Ability to debug performance issues and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.
• Experience with code splitting, lazy loading, etc.
• Knows how to use AI tools to ship faster without compromising code quality.
• Preferably can start immediately.
• Have relevant skills and interests.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with front-end testing frameworks and libraries such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.
• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.

Salary

• INR 3L to 3.6L Per Annum (INR 25k - 30k per month).
