The SAP Academy for Customer Success The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a talent development program designed for early-career professionals.

What You'll Do As a Solution Advisor Associate, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers and prospects address their business challenges and achieve their goals with SAP solutions. You'll be a key part of the sales team, acting as a subject matter expert with functional and technical knowledge.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Complete a 10-month program designed to build a solid foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP.
  • Participate in experiential learning opportunities with global colleagues and gain expertise in various business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Receive hands-on training under the mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor. Gain real-world experience and acquire skills to guide customers through their digital transformation journey.
  • After successfully completing the program, lead customer discovery sessions and activities to uncover business challenges and innovation opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling software demonstrations that showcase SAP's unique value proposition.
  • Provide support for demand generation through marketing events and deal execution by responding to requests for proposals.

Solution Area Focus: SAP S/4HANA Finance (oCFO) – You'll develop a strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting, including reporting and consolidation, planning, budgeting, and financial analytics.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of work experience: A solid foundation in technical and business processes, experience with relevant technologies/solutions, and excellent communication or customer-facing skills.
  • Multi-dimensional Experience: Global experience, leadership roles, entrepreneurial spirit, volunteer work, hobbies like music or sports, etc. can be a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, a curious mindset, strong listening skills, professional presence, empathy, and a "can-do" mentality.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and business functions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and/or industries.

About the SAP Academy The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a world-class training program that develops the next generation of SAP talent. This 10-month program is designed to provide an energetic and inspiring experience in a global setting, fostering a strong foundation for a successful career at SAP.

Hybrid Work Setup SAP employees globally work in a hybrid model, balancing office time and remote work according to country-specific guidelines. In Portugal, this generally means working 3 days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners.

Program Details The program includes practical and immersive learning phases in San Ramon, California (4-6 weeks total, spread across two trips). This provides valuable hands-on learning and networking opportunities.

Important Notes:

  • The San Ramon trips are in the planning phase and will be confirmed in the first quarter of 2025.
  • Vacation will not be approved during specific periods in 2025 (March 1-May 30 and August 11-October 17) to ensure full program engagement.
