Solution Architect (Post Sales)

🚀 The Role:

At Ketch, a dynamic early-stage startup revolutionizing data privacy and cybersecurity, we're searching for a skilled Solution Architect to join our team. This role blends on-site collaboration (in our San Francisco office) with remote flexibility, offering a hybrid work model for our preferred location. Fully remote options are also available across the US.

What You'll Do:

• 🤝 Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), product managers, and engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure rapid ROI.
• 🎤 Deliver engaging presentations, architectural blueprints, and lead requirements-gathering workshops to shape project strategy and guide customers through solution design.
• 💡 Lead the creation, development, configuration, and testing of comprehensive business solutions, including all related documentation (future state processes, configuration dictionaries, etc.).
• ⚙️ Coordinate with internal R&D, technical integrations, and partner integration teams to stay informed about product capabilities and influence future development.

What You'll Need:

• 🛠️ Proficiency in adapting existing solutions (websites, mobile apps, integrations) to meet specific business needs without extensive redevelopment.
• 🌐 Deep understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs; ability to identify and resolve issues in existing API integrations, improving data flow, security, and efficiency.
• 💻 Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby) for process automation, system optimization, and addressing specific needs.
• 🧪 Experience using Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
• 👨‍💻 Hands-on experience building dynamic and static websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• 📱 Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using tools like React Native, Flutter, or native development environments (Swift, Kotlin).
• 🔌 Extensive experience integrating third-party services and tools; familiarity with OAuth, API keys, and authentication protocols.
• ➕ (Plus): Understanding of scalable distributed systems and experience with Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• ➕ (Plus): Experience with DB technologies (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) and storage technologies (Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage).
• 🗣️ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• 🤝 Ability to build strong relationships across various stakeholders (R&D, sales, engineering).

Compensation & Benefits:

• 💰 $100,000 - $165,000 annual base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. (Specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process based on location and experience.)
