The Role:

As a Freelancer Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for our Italian-speaking clients. This is a remote position based in Lisbon, Portugal.

What You'll Do:

• Source and recruit candidates for various roles within the Italian market.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer stage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Must-haves:
  • Native Italian fluency.
  • Advanced English fluency.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or headhunting.
  • Availability for an average of 30 hours per week.
  • A results-oriented approach.
