Your Role:
As a Spanish Customer Support Specialist, you'll provide top-notch support to our customers via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of their queries. You'll be a key player in building meaningful relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email.
- Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using established procedures.
- Own customer queries, ensuring timely resolution and response.
- Build strong relationships with customers, answering questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Create exceptional customer experiences that are valued and appreciated.
- Follow management direction and provide feedback.
What We're Looking For:
- Native or proficient level of Spanish (C2).
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbally and written.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Desire to learn and advance, demonstrating curiosity and problem-solving skills.
- High-speed internet access and suitable conditions for remote work (if applicable).
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal.
