📝 The Role:

As a Spanish Language Editor, you'll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring the high quality of reports delivered to our clients. You'll review surveys completed by evaluators, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency before they're shared.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Proofread surveys submitted by evaluators, correcting typos and inconsistencies.
• Verify that each comment thoroughly explains the corresponding ticked answers.
• Maintain the quality of deliverables, ensuring alignment with company standards before client delivery.
• Guarantee timely validation of surveys.
• Collaborate with evaluators and Operations Executives to gather additional information as needed.

💪 Requirements:

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent English skills (written and spoken) – you'll be regularly communicating with evaluators and Operations Executives.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely report delivery.
• Prior editing experience (1-2 years minimum) is a plus.
