Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate assistance.
  • Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure complete customer records.
  • Collaborate with teammates to identify and implement service improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Proactively contribute ideas for process optimization and better customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to embrace a new cultural experience.
