🚀 The Role:

As a Squad Manager, you'll lead a team of 8-10 professionals, managing 20-30 accounts generating $8-10 million USD in annual revenue. You'll mentor junior team members, conduct performance reviews, and ensure account health.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Conducting monthly 1:1 meetings with each team member.
  • Understanding team members' skills for effective project and account assignment.
  • Conducting performance reviews 1-2 times per year.
  • Monitoring account status, focusing on top 15 accounts (largest ACV) and those renewing within the fiscal year.
  • Holding weekly account reviews, providing updates, and escalating issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to track client maturity and strengthen relationships.
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding and the shadowing program.
  • Supporting new hire "Analyst" training (approx. 6 hours/month).
  • Participating in initial customer calls to guide engagement.
  • Collaborating with your manager on capacity planning.
  • Working with internal teams to suggest improvements to tooling, processes, and training.
  • Assigning resources for Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Reporting on key metrics (value, growth, customer maturity, etc.).

🎯 What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong conceptualization and communication skills; ability to unite business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Understanding of team dynamics and relationships; empathy for stakeholders; commitment to team success; ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✈️ Travel:

All Insights team members are expected to travel approximately half the year for annual team meetings.
