💼 The Role:
As our Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible for significantly growing new sales revenue by:
- Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
- Coordinating meetings and performing compelling product demonstrations.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing existing accounts and driving year-over-year revenue growth.
- Accurately forecasting sales and maintaining up-to-date account information in our internal systems.
- Developing and implementing effective territory and account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborating with marketing to develop targeted strategies.
🎯 What You'll Do:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and annual sales growth targets for new sales.
- Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring a sufficient number of leads and deals for both short- and long-term success.
- Maintain expertise in all ECFX products to deliver effective demonstrations.
- Develop sales strategies and cultivate key relationships with accounts.
💪 What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of successful B2B software sales experience within the legal sector. Experience selling to large law firms is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the legal services marketplace, including its business culture, processes, value drivers, and operations (gained through sales or project management experience).
- Communication Skills: Ability to tailor sales communication to the decision-making styles of C-level executives. Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and virtually (Zoom).
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop innovative value propositions, negotiate effectively, and close deals under pressure.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Resilience: Demonstrated ability to learn from setbacks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Organization: High level of organization and preparation for presentations, sales calls, and meetings.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, reason logically, and leverage complexity to create a strategic advantage.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to set and track goals, creating a sense of urgency.
- Travel: Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
