Responsibilities
- Generate new client opportunities and drive sales for Retail Consulting Services, primarily through strategic outreach and partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations and navigate complex decision-making processes, turning obstacles into opportunities.
- Nurture relationships with key partners and executives, crafting proposals that resonate and drive impact.
- Generate sales from new customers and manage existing accounts within the Retail Commerce Solution Group.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate legal processes and manage contracts to ensure timely closures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and client success stories.
- Use our CRM system to manage deals and interactions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Business Leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of successful sales experience in Retail/Wholesale consulting, supply chain, or IT solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Retail Commerce Industry (product life management, merchandising, etc.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ambitious, independent, and self-motivated drive.
