πΒ The Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be a key player in growing our presence in major club channels, specifically Costco and Sam's Club. This role requires strong business acumen and leadership to drive profitable customer plans and market share growth. You'll collaborate with various internal teams, including sales operations, finance, customer service, product management, and marketing.
π―Β Responsibilities:
- Direct the development and retention of all Club Accounts (including Walmart).
- Oversee Club channel activities: manage buyer relationships, communications, negotiations; meet performance goals; create channel-specific bundles/SKUs; manage channel conflicts; prepare sales reports; implement process improvements; lead customer meetings.
- Manage the Club channel P&L, including pricing, discounts, production costs, marketing expenses, and all related account expenses, aligning with Skylight's profitability targets.
- Leverage internal resources (finance, marketing, technology, operations) to maximize opportunities with key customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely demand planning forecasts and purchase orders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects, developing and monitoring schedules to meet milestones.
- Provide market trend information, competitive analysis, and customer program insights to inform strategies.
πͺΒ Requirements:

3-5 yearsΒ of major account sales management experience; Costco and/or Sam's Club experience is a must.

Minimum 2 yearsΒ of recent Club channel management experience with full P&L ownership.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, translating plans into revenue.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, effectively liaising with internal and external partners.
- Experience using data for retail analytics, forecasting, and inventory management (e.g., syndicated data, 3PL systems, Google Sheets).
