Sr. Business Analyst - ERP & Finance – Remote, North Carolina

💼 What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Requirement Gathering: Understand and document the business needs of various teams to ensure the ERP system is a good fit.
• Process Mapping: Analyze current workflows and link them to the ERP system, finding areas where things can be improved.
• Gap Analysis: Spot the differences between what the company needs and what the ERP can do, and suggest fixes.
• Solution Design: Work with tech teams and vendors to create solutions that meet business goals and take advantage of the ERP.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan, organize, and run UAT to make sure the ERP meets user needs and works correctly before it's released.
• Change Management: Help people adapt to the new ERP by creating training materials, running training sessions, and supporting users.
• Data Migration: Collaborate with data migration experts to make sure data from old systems smoothly moves to the new ERP without errors.
• Risk Management: Identify potential problems with the ERP project, figure out how serious they might be, and create plans to reduce their impact.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep everyone in the loop with updates, address any concerns, and manage expectations.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and fix any issues after the ERP is up and running to make sure it works well.

🧑‍💼 Who You Are (Qualifications):

• Experience: 5-7 years in IT or a similar field
• Finance Expertise: Past experience working with finance teams
• ERP Know-How: Experience with different ERPs, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (this is a plus!)
• Skills: Gathering requirements, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills
• Testing: Experience with user acceptance testing
• Data Migration: Experience with data migration is a plus.
• Collaboration: You're a team player and love working with others.
• Bonus: Manufacturing experience is a plus.

📍 Location:

Remote in North Carolina. You'll need to be able to travel to Greensboro or Raleigh occasionally for meetings.
