What We're Looking For:

Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of strong C/C++ experience.
- C#/.NET coding experience.
- Solid understanding of OOP and coding best practices.
- Strong Windows development skills using Visual Studio (STL, COM, ATL/MFC, multithreading, networking, Win32 API, Windows Internals).
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Experience shipping commercial software successfully.
- Experience with SCRUM/Agile.
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Git).
- Experience with REST and JSON for remote data.
- Knowledge of high-performance computing and low-latency development.
- Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI technologies.
- Experience analyzing, profiling, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
- Relational database experience.
