Job Description
Segment: Enterprise (accounts 5K+ employees).
Vertical: Healthcare providers.
The Sr. CRM Account Executive will manage the market success of ServiceNow's CRM products into Enterprise customers.
These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform and create one source of truth that lets enterprise processes run with the same information.
What you get to do in this role
The Sr. CRM Account Executive supports the plan and the winning solution for specialty solution areas depending on the engagement model.
Responsibilities and activities can change based on the solution area and coverage ability.
Support territory planning and strategy to improve agreement within the vertical, targeting specific account use cases, and execution.
Give input to the AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and suggestions.
Make sure the suggestion to the territory strategy and account planning matches Now Value principles.
Support customers in seeing the value of a digital change and help develop the strategy by working with the rest of the account team, the customer, and partners.
Work closely with the SC and Specialist SC on the Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement, working as a team based on the engagement model.
Coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs with basic knowledge of the specialty solution area to find specialty solution chances and help manage the sales cycle.
Change the time spent on responsibilities to fit the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
Support diversity and belonging to help create an open and inclusive setting.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have
Flexible on current location within US West, Midwest, or South (NE is not a fit).
Must be within a 1-2 hour drive from an airport hub for easy travel.
Demonstrated success selling SaaS/PaaS solutions to the Enterprise segment, specifically Healthcare Providers.
Experience using or thinking critically about how to bring AI into work processes, decision making, or problem solving.
This may include using AI-powered tools, making workflows automatic, looking at AI-driven information, or exploring AI's possible effect on the function or industry.
7+ years of knowledge on the return on investment of CRM to lead to a winning solution.
Experience as an AE, or in an alternative sales or customer service role.
Understanding of business sales processes.
Travel required: 30-50%.
Salary
For positions in the Bay Area, California, we offer a base pay of $137,000 - $203,775, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive pay, and benefits.
Sales positions usually offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive pay structure.
Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and the final total pay will change based on things like qualifications, skill level, skills, and work location.
