Job Description
You will create new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.
You will do this through account planning, territory planning, researching potential customers, using business development plans, and doing field-based sales activities within a set group of prospects, territory, or vertical.
What you get to do in this role
Develop relationships with many C-suite people such as CFO, CIO, COO, and CDO across all product sales.
Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, organizing an account strategy while leading across a large virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing, etc.).
Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and giving advice on how ServiceNow can help their IT plan.
Find the right specialist or support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you have
The candidate must live in Ottawa.
Experience selling into Federal accounts is required.
Experience using or thinking critically about how to bring AI into work processes, decision making, or problem solving.
This may include using AI-powered tools, making workflows automatic, looking at AI-driven information, or exploring AI's possible effect on the function or industry.
10+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
Experience building trusted relationships with current and potential clients and other teams.
Experience creating new business, negotiating deals, and keeping healthy C-Level relationships.
Experience reaching sales targets.
The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans regarding IT.
Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" setting.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
