The Role:Β π―
As a Senior Event Manager, you'll be a project lead for events ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 attendees, or managing complex workstreams for even larger events. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, team leader, and budget owner, ensuring client needs are not only met but exceeded. This involves strategic consulting, sound recommendations, clear communication, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Project Management:Β Lead events and complex workstreams, ensuring all stakeholders understand expectations and deliver excellence. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Client Consultation:Β Serve as a trusted advisor, anticipating risks, communicating effectively, and implementing creative solutions.

Financial Accountability:Β Own the event budget, collaborating with the financial manager for transparency and accuracy, preventing overruns, and maximizing client value.

Leadership:Β Train and mentor junior team members, participate in department initiatives, and effectively delegate tasks.
Requirements:Β β¨
- 5+ years of event management experience, ideally within the event industry.
- 2-3 years leading teams.
