🚀 The Role: As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be a key player in driving the business side of our globally recognized CMMI framework. You'll report to the Director of Enterprise Products and manage the entire CMMI product lifecycle, focusing on go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This is a hybrid role based in Schaumburg, Illinois.
🎯 What You'll Do:

GTM Execution: Implement GTM plans and activities, manage product launches, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, webinars) and optimize performance.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and key customers.

Sales & Advocacy Support: Help sales and advocacy teams expand CMMI reach, creating compelling value propositions and supporting sales efforts.

Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee CMMI product lifecycle activities, from ideation to launch and optimization. This includes working with product owners and development teams.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to track KPIs, monitor framework performance, and make data-informed decisions.

Additional Responsibilities: Handle escalated customer support requests, expand your expertise, assist with other tasks as needed, and contribute to a positive work culture.
✅ What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications: 3+ years in digital product management, digital marketing, and partner/stakeholder management; Bachelor's degree in IT, marketing, business, or a related field.

Required Skills: Strong analytical and planning skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks; strong collaboration skills; proficiency with MS Office Suite; keen attention to detail.

Certifications: One or more of the following: CSPO, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CMMI Associate or Lead Appraiser. Willingness to obtain CMMI Professional certification within 9-12 months.
➕ Bonus Points:
- 5+ years in product management and business development.
- MBA, MSIT, or related master's degree.
- CMMI, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar certifications.
- Experience communicating complex ideas, writing business cases, building financial models, working with government agencies, and international experience.
- Experience with professional associations or volunteer engagement.
✈️ Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
