The Role: 🎯

As a Senior Security Consultant on our Adversarial Operations team, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering a range of cybersecurity services to our clients. This is a remote position with a home office setup.

What You'll Do:

• Perform penetration testing across complex environments (external, internal, web applications, etc.).
• Document attack surfaces, threats, and vulnerability improvements based on team assessments.
• Conduct thorough assessments and threat modeling, identifying control weaknesses and evaluating existing controls.
• Perform root cause analysis on vulnerabilities, proposing technical solutions and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with client security teams on mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Review threat intelligence, aligning it with client industry specifics for attack path modeling.
• Help define, measure, and quantify business risks and vulnerability impacts.
• Stay current on modern penetration testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide team members, assisting in process learning.

What You'll Need: 💪

• 5+ years of offensive security experience and cybersecurity operations.
• 5+ years of experience with offensive security tools (Cobalt Strike, Nessus, Burp Suite Pro, Kali Linux, Wireshark, nmap, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in general cybersecurity concepts (vulnerability management, application security, incident response, GRC, security architecture).

Additional Requirements: ✈️

• Participation in virtual customer meetings.
• Up to 20% annual travel to customer sites, partner sites, conferences, and Stratascale offices (access to an international airport required).

Compensation and Benefits: 💰

• Estimated Annual Pay: $165,000 - $205,000 (base salary + bonus). Actual compensation depends on experience and location.
