Staff/Senior level Frontend Engineer

This is a Staff/Senior level Frontend Engineer role focused on building and shaping the user experience of Fern's products, starting with our successful Fern for Business platform and expanding to our upcoming developer and personal offerings. You'll be a key player in defining the look, feel, and functionality of these products, translating your vision into a reality that delights users.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, user-friendly frontend code for Fern's products.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative user experiences.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision.
• Work autonomously and proactively to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

💪 Requirements

• Essential: Proven experience as a Staff/Senior Frontend Engineer in a web3 or web2 fintech startup.
• Essential: Deep passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Essential: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Essential: Highly self-motivated and capable of independent work.
• Essential: Excellent teamwork skills and a results-oriented approach.
