To continue our growth story, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager & ERP Product/Process Owner (100%) in our Services Center in Moreira da Maia, Portugal.

Why This Role is Unique

You'll have the chance to combine your experience in operations management, business analysis, project management, and management consulting to implement HeiQ's new global ERP (Odoo) and create the highest level of efficiency possible within our organization.

What You'll Do

Initial Key Project Role:

• Lead the implementation of our new ERP with an agile approach.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, map processes, define KPIs, and create a data model.
• Groom and prioritize the product backlog, set sprint goals, and ensure customer-usable releases are deployed.
• Align stakeholder expectations with the team's capacity.
• Drive review and retrospective meetings for the scrum team and implement continuous improvements.
• Onboard new users, provide system training, promote new ways of working, and facilitate change management.

Transitioning to Continuous Operations Improvement:

• Work across the business to identify the most vital strategies and tools for efficiency and accountability to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Ensure global compliance with processes and data quality standards related to product management, procurement, production, logistics, or testing services.
• Provide cross-functional business analysis, develop cost-saving strategies, and measure performance.
• Build scalable models in a cost-effective way, making sound recommendations on implementing new tools, technologies, best practices, and organizational structures.
• Support all financial matters, including budget development, planning, and reporting related to the supply chain.
• Drive process digitalization and automation through continuous improvement of our core business systems.
• Enable the integration of new M&A targets or divestments of local entities.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone with at least 5 years of practical experience.
• A relentless go-getter who is a learner and not a knower.
• A very structured and diligent yet pragmatic and result-driven individual.
• An authentic team player who leads by example.
• Someone with great interpersonal and communication skills and comfort advising senior-level management.
• Fully professionally proficient in English (mandatory for all employees working at HeiQ - additional languages are advantageous).

What You Bring

• A Bachelor or Master in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Technology Management, or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing best-in-class end-to-end finance processes in the context of a multi-company ERP, ideally with Odoo.
• Practical experience working in both operations/controlling in industry and management consulting at a top-tier consulting firm.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills to evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios.
• Experience managing business and technology projects, preferably agile and PMI certified.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working in multi-geography and virtual environments.
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up is a plus.
