🎯 The Role:

• Lead Supply Chain Planning workstreams in international projects. You'll have significant autonomy and excellent guidance.
• Advise clients and deliver exceptional results, acting as a functional and solution expert.
• Plan, design, and implement complex Supply Chain Management (SCM) transformation projects.
• Contribute to business development, from initial inquiries to proposals and presentations.
• Actively participate in practice development, including service offerings, training, and knowledge sharing.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• At least 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning (Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, SC Control Tower).
• Ideally, you're a solution expert in a leading supply chain planning tool (SAP IBP or Kinaxis).
• Experience in leading IT consulting companies or IT consulting divisions is a must.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, CGP, and/or Life Science is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (C2 proficiency) and ideally a second language (e.g., German, French).
• Excellent business skills: stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and communicate data effectively to various audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in your native language(s) (C2 proficiency).
• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
