We're searching for a dynamic Vice President of Medicare Sales to spearhead our strategic initiatives in the Medicare market. This is a key role in driving growth, boosting member engagement, and solidifying our leadership in Medicare Fitness & Wellness. We offer innovative solutions and exceptional service to Medicare beneficiaries.

What You'll Do: 🎯

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Leverage industry connections to uncover new business opportunities.
• Negotiate complex contracts with large regional and national accounts.
• Clearly explain how our products and services address business prospect challenges.
• Build strong relationships with senior health plan executives.
• Build a high-performing sales team (proven history of building strategic relationships, selling, and closing complex deals is a must).

What We're Looking For: 💪

• Experience: 10+ years of proven success in a senior Medicare Advantage sales role. Deep understanding of healthcare, value-based reimbursement, and Medicare payer lines of business is essential. A track record of exceeding growth targets and executing complex deals across the healthcare market is required.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in sales presentations to large audiences. Ability to handle sensitive, proprietary information with confidentiality.

What You Get: 🎉

Compensation: A base salary of $180,000-$200,000 plus commission. Total compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on market data and your experience.
