Your Role: Join Our Swedish Customer Support Team

Vivino is the world's biggest online wine marketplace and the most downloaded wine app, fueled by a community of millions. Vivino's unique approach to wine shopping makes discovering and buying wine enjoyable.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide support to app users and answer customer and supplier questions about purchases and delivery tracking through written and phone communication.
  • Help customers discover and buy wine in a fun, simple, and easy way by offering practical solutions.
  • Provide top-notch support and solutions to customers during and after their wine-related journeys by ensuring timely follow-ups, closure of requests, and feedback.
  • Achieve and surpass our service quality goals, comply with regulations, and hit productivity targets.
  • Create exceptional experiences that customers value and we're proud of.
  • Follow management's direction and share your feedback.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native or very advanced Swedish proficiency (C2).
  • Advanced English proficiency (at least C1) in both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent communication skills – including fantastic phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and top-notch writing abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A desire to learn and grow, a curious mind, and a knack for problem-solving.
  • High-speed internet access and a suitable setup for remote work.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
  • You're either a local candidate or are willing to relocate to Portugal.
