The Role

This key strategic position will shape the future of Talent Acquisition (TAq) globally. You'll create blueprints, frameworks, and standard methodologies to be implemented by TAq teams worldwide. You'll also develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of recruitment teams, enabling them to attract, assess, and onboard top talent efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Develop the overall assessment strategy for Talent Acquisition, including selection methods, assessment tools, and evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure the validity, reliability, and fairness of assessment methods and processes.
  • Provide training and support to recruiters and hiring managers on assessment techniques.
  • Design and deliver training programs for recruitment teams to improve their sourcing, interviewing, and selection skills.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine Talent Acquisition processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyse recruitment assessment data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Promote standard processes in Talent Acquisition, including standardised interview techniques, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding strategies, and compliance with relevant regulations.

What You'll Need

  • Ability to influence senior managers and partners.
  • Ability to build a relevant strategy and framework to be delivered through others.
  • Expertise in Assessment strategies and tools and/or expertise in Talent Acquisition Enablement, training, education plans.
  • Consistent track record in delivering results through a matrix organisation.
  • Teamwork and Interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and pro-activity in exploring and adopting new technologies.
  • Experience of working globally and strong cultural awareness.
  • Can navigate complexity and a matrix environment.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English.

Bonus Points

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese.

Working Model

We believe in the power of in-person collaboration. We work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. However, we also respect individual flexibility.
