Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for finding global talent? OWGS is searching for a skilled Recruiter to source interpreters worldwide! This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site in Santa Ana, El Salvador. We're looking for a proactive individual who can build a strong talent network and successfully fill roles requiring hard-to-find language skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining a robust network of potential interpreters globally.
• Sourcing and recruiting talent using various international platforms.
• Collaborating effectively with other departments, utilizing tools like Office 365.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Strong English skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is essential.
• Recruitment experience: Prior experience in recruitment is preferred, but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency: Familiarity with Office 365 applications is required.
