What You'll Do 🎯
  • Design & Implement Performance Management: Develop and oversee a robust performance management system that helps managers and employees understand goals and contributions to business success.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Lead the implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Track & Report Progress: Monitor goal setting, mid-year reviews, and end-of-year evaluations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to effectively coordinate performance management across the organization.
  • Career Development Champion: Champion career development tools like mentorship, coaching, and development plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Global Onboarding Leader: Define and deliver a global onboarding roadmap, driving the successful integration of new hires across all levels.
  • Resource & Consultation: Provide tools, resources, and strategic consultation to support global onboarding efforts.
  • Intranet Management: Maintain and update internal intranet web resources in collaboration with the HR automation team.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Learning & Development team and other Centers of Excellence to deliver exceptional programs and tools.

What We're Looking For πŸ”
  • Education: Bachelor's or University degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Additional professional qualifications/certifications in Human Resource Management or Talent Development are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading and executing HR programs in a mid-to-large global organization, preferably within performance and talent management.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to collaborate, persuade, and communicate effectively (written, verbal, and presentation) across all levels, including the executive leadership team.
  • Data Acumen: Demonstrated data acumen, preferably in the area of people analytics.
  • Gap Analysis & Needs Assessment: Experience with gap analysis and needs assessment.
  • HRIS Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS tools that support performance management processes/activities.
  • Organization & Prioritization: Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, multitask, and prioritize under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Self-Directed Learning: Demonstrated ability as a self-directed learner.
  • Technology Expertise: Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite applications; experience in using Workday is preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to travel internationally occasionally (2 to 3 times per year).
