Role Overview 🀝

As a Team Lead, Account Executive, your passion is coaching and supporting others. You excel at motivating and inspiring your team and possess strong communication skills. You're eager to enhance your leadership and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll start your journey as an individual contributor for 3-6 months, learning about HCP customers, our product, and sales strategies. Then, you'll transition into a team lead role for another 3-6 months, where you can showcase your leadership skills. As a Team Lead, Sales, you'll receive formal management training and guidance from senior leadership, with the goal of being promoted to a management position within 6-12 months.

Your Daily Responsibilities 🎯

  • Achieve and surpass individual sales goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs through 3-6 months as an individual contributor on the sales team.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Develop and refine sales processes and strategies to drive business growth.

CompensationΒ πŸ’°

  • $75,000/year OTE ($53,394 base) + uncapped earning potential

ScheduleΒ πŸ—“οΈ

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) with 8-hour shifts between 5 AM and 7 PM local time.
  • Availability to work at least one Saturday per month.

QualificationsΒ πŸ“

  • 1+ year of management or leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success as a salesperson
  • Familiarity with sales CRMs and processes

This role is remote and the anticipated salary range is $25.67-$36.05/hour. The final salary will be based on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for participation in Housecall Pro's equity plan and the following benefits: health insurance, employee assistance programs, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
