🛠️ Tech Stack: We utilize cutting-edge technologies, including JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript with NodeJS, Python, and Golang. This specific team uses Golang, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, React, and TypeScript.

🎯 Your Mission: Lead a new team developing our Documents Screener product. Initially full-stack, the team may split into frontend and backend teams based on project needs. A 3-month onboarding period allows you to learn our infrastructure before taking the lead.

👨‍💼 What You'll Do:

• Team management and planning
• Recruitment (interviewing, onboarding)
• Oversee backend/frontend development, focusing on architecture and collaboration
• Code reviews
• Performance reviews, mentoring, and development support
• Collaboration with other development teams for seamless integration
• Collaboration with the product manager to align development with product goals
• Collaboration with DevOps for smooth deployments and efficient CI/CD pipelines

• 7+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong Golang knowledge.
• Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing service performance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins) and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Experience in API design and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of frontend technologies: React, TypeScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• English (B2 or higher).
• Russian language skills are a plus
