As the Shop Analytics Team Lead, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Lead & Supervise with Expertise: Guide and mentor a team of data analysts, providing valuable direction and support in their daily tasks.
- Craft & Execute Strategic Analytics: Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with our organization's business objectives, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Uncover Trends & Opportunities: Scrutinize data from diverse sources, including internal platforms, third parties, and market studies, to identify emerging trends and promising growth opportunities.
- Collaborate & Measure Success: Work alongside cross-functional teams to define meaningful performance indicators (KPIs) and create insightful dashboards to monitor and evaluate our performance against benchmarks.

- Engage & Collaborate: Interact with stakeholders across various departments, including Web, App, Brand Advertisement Solutions, Marketing, and others, to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach to data analytics.
Qualifications: A Strong Foundation in Data Analytics Leadership 📊
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with approximately 2 years in a leadership position.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Experience transforming and analyzing big-scale tracking data (~1TB per day) collected via Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Solid knowledge of Data Orchestration Tools like Airflow, dbt, AWS step functions, and GCP workflows.
- A strong technical background, with expertise in SQL and Python.
- Experience working with large datasets and employing statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling and data manipulation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
