💼 The Role 🧑‍💼

You'll be managing a general ledger team to ensure they provide services based on specific standards and agreements.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of general ledger professionals to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Track and report on team and process performance against set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide timely and constructive coaching to help team members succeed, conduct performance reviews, and participate in employee recognition and development programs.
• Identify areas where processes can be improved and take part in or lead projects to optimize them.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
• Collaborate with different Eurofins departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Cultivate a positive work environment that attracts and retains talented individuals.
• Support transition projects and other duties as required by the business.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience leading teams in a business process outsourcing (BPO) or shared service center (SSC) environment, with a focus on general ledger preferred.
• Experience managing performance based on service level agreements (SLAs).
• Experience managing relationships with customers (internal or external).
• Adaptability to change, a continuous improvement mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
• High energy levels, drive, and enthusiasm.
• A Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) is a bonus.
