🎯 The Role

We're searching for a skilled Tech Lead with expertise in PL/SQL and Informix 4GL to join our team in Lisbon.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of database-driven systems using PL/SQL and Informix 4GL.
• Collaborate with development teams to grasp client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Offer technical guidance and support to the team, promoting best coding practices, development standards, and software architecture.
• Conduct code reviews to guarantee code quality and consistency.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and PL/SQL packages to meet business requirements.
• Optimize database queries and processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Actively participate in resolving technical problems and provide support for database-related issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering professional development and technical growth.
