🚀 About the Role
We're looking for a talented and experienced Technical Leader to join our new team in MN RAN R&D BB&SoC Unit. You'll be a key player in developing cutting-edge software for Cloud RAN applications, ensuring we deliver the best possible products.
🧠 What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of features and ensure smooth integration of software components within your domain.
- Craft and maintain the platform, DevOps, and continuous integration processes.
- Deep dive into system design and architecture.
- Plan and organize work as part of global software development teams.
- Conduct thorough testing (unit, component, and integration).
- Champion quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal processes for increased efficiency.
- Implement features using C, C++, or Golang.
- Optimize code and test processes.
💪 What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development/testing.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Experience with Agile software development and CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in C++, Golang, and Python: development and testing.
- Deep familiarity with Linux, scripting/coding with languages like Python and Golang.
- Knowledge of processor architectures, embedded systems, and real-time systems.
- Understanding of cloud and bare metal runtime environments for embedded systems.
- Expertise in Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) cloud-native characteristics, including Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure software (e.g., RedHat, AWS, AZURE, GCP).
- Experience with wireless protocols, especially LTE and NR.
- Experience with open-source software.
