Your Role
🌟 As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- 📈 Overseeing the delivery and implementation of solutions to resolve critical client incidents.
- 🤝 Facilitating communication between customer and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- ⚠️ Identifying and mitigating operational risks to service.
- 🗣️ Serving as the main point of contact between clients and the Competence Centre, gathering requirements to generate work.
What We're Looking For
🎓 Must-Haves:
- 📚 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 💼 5+ years of professional experience in IT Operations Management and/or Technical Project Management.
- 💻 Experience and knowledge of various technological solutions (e.g., CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares).
- 🗣️ Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
Bonus Points:
- 📊 Experience with APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, NewRelic).
- 🧰 Experience with JIRA and/or ELK stack.
- ☁️ Knowledge of Java troubleshooting and Cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- 📊 Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, database concepts).
- 🗣️ Spanish language proficiency.
