💼 Your Role as Technical Support Lead
- Lead frontline support for Enterprise Customers.

- Strong technical background.
- Experience in troubleshooting and solving customer issues.
- Pre-sale or post-sale Solution Architecture experience is a plus.
🎯 Objectives of this Role
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive product and service value.
- Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven analysis to improve customer success metrics.
🗓️ Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Propose simple and effective solutions that build trust and rapport.
- Provide prompt feedback to customers based on SLA's.
- Facilitate efficient workflow among team members and departments.
- Collaborate on upcoming client meetings.
- Prepare reports and maintain high customer satisfaction.
💪 Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years in customer support and success, with 1-2 years in Cyber/Data Protection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinker, customer-focused.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Ability to work across departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter, active team player, and excellent multitasker.
- Previous experience supporting or training tech-based products in North America, Europe, or Asia Pacific.

- Knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools.
