💼 Your Role as Technical Support Lead
  • Lead frontline support for Enterprise Customers.

  • Strong technical background.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and solving customer issues.
  • Pre-sale or post-sale Solution Architecture experience is a plus.
🎯 Objectives of this Role
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive product and service value.
  • Develop and maintain customer success strategies and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven analysis to improve customer success metrics.
🗓️ Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Propose simple and effective solutions that build trust and rapport.
  • Provide prompt feedback to customers based on SLA's.
  • Facilitate efficient workflow among team members and departments.
  • Collaborate on upcoming client meetings.
  • Prepare reports and maintain high customer satisfaction.
💪 Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in customer support and success, with 1-2 years in Cyber/Data Protection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinker, customer-focused.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work across departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter, active team player, and excellent multitasker.
  • Previous experience supporting or training tech-based products in North America, Europe, or Asia Pacific.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and project management tools.
