Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support for WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Configure and manage firewalls to ensure network security.
- Offer reliable support and administration for Microsoft systems.
- Demonstrate expertise in Voice over IP (VoIP), Cisco HCS, Softphone, SIP trunks, and more.

Work-Life Balance:
