What You'll Do

As a Telephone Survey Interviewer, you'll be the voice of our research. You'll conduct computer-based surveys over the phone, asking people their opinions on a variety of topics and carefully recording their answers.

Responsibilities:

• 📞 Place outbound calls using our user-friendly VOIP software.
• 🗣️ Clearly explain the purpose of the study and answer any questions.
• 📖 Read scripted questions verbatim and accurately record responses.
• 👂 Clarify vague or unclear answers to ensure accurate data.

This is not a sales or telemarketing role, and it's not commission-based. We provide paid training and flexible scheduling.

What You Need:

• 🏠 Home Location: You must live in FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, NE, NM, OH, SC, or TX to be considered for this position.
• 🗣️ Communication Skills: Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• 💻 Computer Skills: A solid understanding of computers and the ability to navigate online platforms is required.
• 🤫 Quiet Workspace: You'll need a quiet home office free from distractions.
• 🖥️ Equipment:
  • A home computer (desktop or laptop)
  • A web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps (test your speed at https://www.megapath.com/speedtestplus/).
  • A personal mobile phone
  • Webcam, microphone, and speakers

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience as a telephone interviewer is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a valuable asset.
