About the Job:

Join our client's team as a Telesales Representative for the Italian Market in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity to build a successful career in the telecommunications industry while enjoying a fantastic relocation package.

What You'll Do:
  • 📞 Receive inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • 🤝 Sell offers to customers using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • ❓ Answer product-related questions and address customer inquiries.
  • 👂 Actively listen to customer needs and identify new opportunities.
  • 💪 Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
  • 🧠 Learn about products and services to effectively explain them to prospects.
  • 🤝 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with strong negotiation skills.
  • 🎯 Meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:
  • 🇪🇺 Valid EU ID/Passport/Residency
  • 🇮🇹 Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal).
  • 🗣️ Comfortable presenting products over the phone and handling customer complaints.
  • 🧠 Ability to learn and communicate product benefits effectively.
  • ☀️ Dynamic, proactive, and comfortable with handling rejection.
  • 🤝 Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • 🚀 Enjoy delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • 💼 Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • ⏰ 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with 1-hour lunch break).
  • 🗓️ Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 19:00; Saturday: 08:00 - 17:00.

Relocation Package:
  • ✈️ Relocation package available.
  • 🏠 Company-provided apartment (for those relocating from abroad or over 100 km away from Lisbon).
  • 💳 Meal allowance paid on a separate card (for supermarket shopping).
  • 🏥 Health insurance from day one of employment.
