πΒ About the RoleΒ This role focuses on executing blood donor recruitment programs within a specific territory. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process to achieve established goals.
π―Β What You'll Do
- π©Έ Manage blood donor recruitment programs to meet territory targets.
- π€ Build and maintain relationships with donor drive chairpersons and internal clients.
- π Seek out potential blood drive opportunities with new and existing clients.
- π£οΈ Adapt your communication style to develop and manage blood drive accounts.
- π Determine the right marketing materials and programs to reach goals while staying within budget.

Manage blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs and ensure drive success.
- π€ Represent the organization at community events.
- π» Leverage tech and various channels to support efficient blood drives.
- β±οΈ Manage your time and resources to maximize your territory's effectiveness.
- π Handle administrative tasks, including timely completion of reports.
What We're Looking For
- πΒ Education and/or Experience:Β A Bachelor's degree or a similar mix of education, training, and experience. Sales experience is a plus!
- πΒ Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, and Designations:Β A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- π§ Β Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- π» Proficiency in using digital tech and communication tools (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
- π Ability to understand business publications, professional journals, and instructions.
- βοΈ Ability to create reports, business letters, and standard operating procedures.
- π£οΈ Ability to communicate effectively with managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- π€ Ability to give compelling presentations to both small and large groups.

- π₯οΈ Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business applications (including company software).

- Tasks may involve light physical effort, such as lifting, carrying, and pushing objects up to 20 pounds.
- You may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

- You'll work both indoors and outdoors, potentially facing weather conditions, atmospheric elements, and potentially harmful substances.
- The work environment is generally moderately noisy.
