👋 About the Role This role focuses on executing blood donor recruitment programs within a specific territory. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process to achieve established goals.
🎯 What You'll Do
- 🩸 Manage blood donor recruitment programs to meet territory targets.
- 🤝 Build and maintain relationships with donor drive chairpersons and internal clients.
- 🔎 Seek out potential blood drive opportunities with new and existing clients.
- 🗣️ Adapt your communication style to develop and manage blood drive accounts.
- 📊 Determine the right marketing materials and programs to reach goals while staying within budget.
- 📅 Manage blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs and ensure drive success.
- 🤝 Represent the organization at community events.
- 💻 Leverage tech and various channels to support efficient blood drives.
- ⏱️ Manage your time and resources to maximize your territory's effectiveness.
- 📝 Handle administrative tasks, including timely completion of reports.
What We're Looking For
- 🎓 Education and/or Experience: A Bachelor's degree or a similar mix of education, training, and experience. Sales experience is a plus!
- 📜 Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, and Designations: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 🧠 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 💻 Proficiency in using digital tech and communication tools (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
- 📖 Ability to understand business publications, professional journals, and instructions.
- ✍️ Ability to create reports, business letters, and standard operating procedures.
- 🗣️ Ability to communicate effectively with managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- 🎤 Ability to give compelling presentations to both small and large groups.
- 🤝 Ability to quickly connect with new people, both in business and socially.

- 🖥️ Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business applications (including company software).
